Additional Excluded Account Schedule definition

Additional Excluded Account Schedule means the schedule of accounts, identified by account number, by pool index file, or by such other identifying feature as to which the parties may agree, attached to this Agreement and marked as Schedule 2, as such schedule may be expanded or reduced by the applicable Account Owner and BACCS from time to time, as provided in Section 2.02 hereof.

  • Account Schedule means a computer file or microfiche list containing a true and complete list of Accounts, identified by account number, and setting forth, with respect to each Account, the aggregate amount outstanding in such Account (a) on the Initial Cut-Off Date (for the Account Schedule delivered on the Closing Date) and (b) on the applicable Addition Cut-Off Date (for any Account Schedule relating to Additional Accounts).

  • Excluded Account means (a) any deposit account specifically and exclusively used for payroll, payroll taxes and other employee wage and benefit payments to or for the benefit of any Loan Party’s employees and (b) any Xxxxx Cash Accounts.

  • Reserve Account Required Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to 0.25% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date; provided, however, that in no event shall the Reserve Account Required Amount on any Payment Date be more than the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Notes on such Payment Date (after giving effect to the allocation of principal payments on such Payment Date).

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.

  • Ineligible Account means an Account that at the time of determination is not an Eligible Account.
