Additional Fibers definition

Additional Fibers shall have the definition set forth in the Article entitled Additional Fiber Revenue.
Additional Fibers means for each route of Fiber (a) with a description of such Fiber in Column “B” on Exhibit A, then for such Fibers with a Fiber count of at least forty- eight (48) as shown in column “A” on Exhibit A, the number equal to: (i) six (6) Fibers minus (ii) the number of Fibers currently used by the Town as shown in column “C” on Exhibit A and (b) for which Exhibit A contains a description of such Fiber only in column “E”, then up to six (6) Fibers in such route, in each case as it exists on the Closing Date.
Additional Fibers. The optical fibers which are to be part of the SI System and which are to be dedicated exclusively to SI's use as provided herein. The numbers of Additional Fibers for each Route Segment are set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto.

Examples of Additional Fibers in a sentence

  • Customary splicing fees shall apply for the Town to put into use Additional Fibers.

  • Should the Town decide to abandon all or part of the Town Fibers or Additional Fibers, it may do so by informing the Operator in writing, such abandonment being made at no cost to either Party.

  • Additional maintenance can be performed from time to time on the Town Fibers or Additional Fibers at the Operator’s reasonable discretion, or upon the Town’s reasonable request with reasonable advance notice to the Operator.

  • The Operator shall respond to any failure, interruption or impairment in the operation of the Town Fibers or Additional Fibers within two (2) hours after receiving a report of any such failure, interruption or impairment.

  • The Contract Administrator shall be informed in writing 2 Business Days prior to commencing drilling operations at the rock supply source or 2 Business Days prior to removing rock from the rock pile or both.

  • Upon Acceptance of Additional Fiber by the Town, the Operator grants an IRU to the Town for the Additional Fibers.

  • In addition, the Operator shall provide the acceptance test plan (“ATP”) and test results for the Additional Fibers in accordance with the requirements of Exhibit C.

  • In the event any changes in the Town Fibers or Additional Fibers would require the Operator to obtain any Permit, Operator shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to obtain such Permit.

  • The Operator shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to perform maintenance and repair to correct any failure, interruption or impairment in the operation of the Town Fibers or Additional Fibers within eight (8) hours in accordance with the procedures set forth in Exhibit D.

Related to Additional Fibers

  • Additional Filing Date means the date on which the Additional Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.

  • Additional Financing means the sale by the Company of additional Units as contemplated by the registration statement on Form SB-2 filed by the Company with the SEC on September 13, 2006, as amended from time to time thereafter.

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:

  • Additional Facility is defined in Section 7.01.

  • Additional Filing Deadline means if Cutback Shares are required to be included in the Additional Registration Statement, the later of (i) the date sixty (60) days after the date substantially all of the Registrable Securities registered under the immediately preceding Registration Statement are sold and (ii) the date six (6) months from the Initial Effective Date or the last Additional Effective Date, as applicable.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Conventional filtration treatment means a series of processes including coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation, and filtration resulting in substantial particulate removal.

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Additional Funds has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03 hereof.

  • Additional Financial Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

  • Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;

  • Additional Fees means those prices for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child, including the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs;

  • Initial application means the Application first provided to MFA on or before an Application Deadline to request an allocation of Tax Credits.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Signaling Transfer Point (“STP”) means a signaling point that performs message routing functions and provides information for the routing of messages between signaling points within or between CCIS networks. An STP transmits, receives and processes CCIS messages.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule means the Schedule containing a list of the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Correctional facility means a facility operated under the management and control of the Virginia Department of Corrections.

  • Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. Interface Pricing Point:

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Stationary beam radiation therapy means radiation therapy without displacement of one or more mechanical axes relative to the patient during irradiation.
