Additional Increase Lender definition
Additional Increase Lender has the meaning given in Clause 2.3 (Additional Increase).
Increase Lender has the meaning given to that term in Clause 2.2 (Increase).
Additional Commitment Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(c).
Revolving Commitment Increase Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Commitment Increase Notice as defined in Section 2.1(b).
Commitment Increase Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.08(e).
Additional Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(c).
Commitment Increase Supplement as defined in subsection 2.20(c).
Additional Revolving Lender means any Lender with an Additional Revolving Credit Commitment or any Additional Revolving Credit Exposure.
Commitment Increase Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).
Additional Lenders has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.18(b).
Incremental Lender means an Incremental Revolving Lender or an Incremental Term Lender.
Increasing Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(b).
Additional Refinancing Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.15(a).
Incremental Revolving Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Commitment.
Commitment Increase has the meaning specified in Section 2.18(a).
Incremental Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Revolving Loan.
Additional Commitment means any commitment hereunder added pursuant to Sections 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).
Incremental Lenders has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(c).
Refinancing Revolving Lender as defined in Section 2.26(a).
Additional Lender Certificate has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(c)(ii)(F).
Conditional Incremental Auction means an Incremental Auction conducted for a Delivery Year if and when necessary to secure commitments of additional capacity to address reliability criteria violations arising from the delay in a Backbone Transmission upgrade that was modeled in the Base Residual Auction for such Delivery Year.
New Lender Supplement as defined in Section 2.1(c).
Additional Commitments means any commitments hereunder added pursuant to Section 2.22, 2.23 or 9.02(c).
Term Loan Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Loan Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Extending Revolving Lender shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.22(a)(iii).
