Additional Master Lease definition

Additional Master Lease means any Gaming Lease that is similar in form to, or not materially less favorable to, the Issuer and/or its Restricted Subsidiaries than, a Master Lease referred to in clauses (i) and (ii) of the definition thereof as originally in effect (as determined by the Issuer in good faith) and is entered into between the Issuer and/or one of its Restricted Subsidiaries and the landlord under such Gaming Lease.
Additional Master Lease means any Gaming Lease that is similar in form to, or not materially less favorable to, the Company and/or its Restricted Subsidiaries than, a Master Lease referred to in clauses (i) and (ii) of the definition thereof as originally in effect (as determined by the Company in good faith) and is entered into between the Company and/or one of its Restricted Subsidiaries and the landlord under such Gaming Lease.
Additional Master Lease means any Additional Lease that is in a form that is not materially less favorable to the Borrowers and/or their Subsidiaries than the Master Lease (as determined by the Borrowers in good faith) and is entered into between the Borrower and/or one of its Subsidiaries and the landlord under such Additional Lease.

  • Lessee may exercise such purchase option by submitting to the Option Sellers in writing an offer to purchase all of the Purchase Sites within the Option Trigger Window in accordance with the terms hereof, provided further, Lessee may only exercise such option if at or about the same time as the exercise by Lessee of its purchase option hereunder, each Additional Master Lease Lessee exercises its respective purchase option pursuant to Section 36 of its respective Additional Master Leases and Sublease.

  • New Lease Any lease of REO Property entered into on behalf of REMIC I, including any lease renewed or extended on behalf of REMIC I, if REMIC I has the right to renegotiate the terms of such lease.

  • Additional Property means, in respect of a Series, the rights and benefits provided in respect of the Series, or applicable Class, pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, tax protection agreement, interest rate and/or currency swap agreement, loan agreement, enhancement agreement or other similar arrangement as contemplated under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and as provided for in the related Series Purchase Agreement.

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • Original Lease shall have the meaning given such term in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Condominium Act means Article 9-B of the New York Real Property Law (339-d et seq.), together with the administrative rules promulgated thereunder, and all amendments and replacements thereof, and all regulations with respect thereto now or hereafter promulgated.

  • Landlord Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form provided by Lender to Borrower or such other form as Lender may agree to accept.

  • Off-premises sign means a sign directing attention to a use, product, commodity or service not related to the premises upon which the sign is located.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Substitute Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Space Leases means any and all leases, subleases, lettings, licenses, concessions, operating agreements, management agreements, and all other agreements affecting the Trust Estate that Trustor has entered into, taken by assignment, taken subject to, or assumed, or has otherwise become bound by, now or in the future, that give any person the right to conduct its business on, or otherwise use, operate or occupy, all or any portion of the Site or Improvements and any leases, agreements or arrangements permitting anyone to enter upon or use any of the Trust Estate to extract or remove natural resources of any kind, together with all amendments, extensions, and renewals of the foregoing entered into in compliance with this Deed of Trust, together with all rental, occupancy, service, maintenance or any other similar agreements pertaining to use or occupation of, or the rendering of services at the Site, the Improvements or any part thereof.
