Additional offense definition

Additional offense means any offense other than the primary offense for which an offender is convicted and which is pending before the court for sentencing at the time of the primary offense.
Additional offense means any of the offenses delineated in section 7.

Examples of Additional offense in a sentence

  • Additional offense results in one calendar year suspension of all athletic programs.
