Additional Portfolio definition

Additional Portfolio shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in the Senior Credit Agreement.

Additional Portfolio has the meaning given to it in each Supplemental Sale and Purchase Agreement (other than the First Supplemental Sale and Purchase Agreement).

More Definitions of Additional Portfolio
