Reference Portfolio definition

Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of each Reference Asset, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.
Reference Portfolio means the notional Reference Portfolio comprised of the Reference Assets, as described under “THE REFERENCE PORTFOLIO”.
Reference Portfolio means a notional portfolio composed of Reference Assets as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

Reference Portfolio means, the notional portfolio made up of the Reference Shares, as described in this Information Statement under “Reference Portfolio”.
Reference Portfolio means the reference portfolio created and maintained by the Reference Portfolio Advisor in accordance with the Reference Portfolio Advisory Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Issuer may from time to time acquire or otherwise hold Constituents and / or Eligible Constituents of the Reference Portfolio but is under no obligation to do so in respect of the Notes.
Reference Portfolio means, in respect of each of the Principal Core Accumulation Fund and the Principal Age 65 Plus Fund, the MPF industry developed reference portfolio adopted for the purpose of DIS to provide a common reference point for the performance and asset allocation of the Principal Core Accumulation Fund and the Principal Age 65 Plus Fund (as the case may be).
