Additional Receivable definition

Additional Receivable means any device payment plan agreement acquired by the Issuer on an Acquisition Date and listed on the Schedule of Receivables attached to a Transfer Notice delivered to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee in connection with such Acquisition Date.
Additional Receivable means, each additional Receivable that is acquired by the Issuer in accordance with a Note Balance Increase.
Additional Receivable means any Purchased Receivable which is sold and assigned or purported to be assigned to the Purchaser in accordance with the Receivables Purchase Agreement during the Replenishment Period;

More Definitions of Additional Receivable

Additional Receivable. Each Receivable which pursuant to Section 2.5 is included as an Additional Receivable and Substitute Receivables.
Additional Receivable means each Premium Finance Agreement added or required to be added to the Receivable Schedule after the Initial Closing Date pursuant to subsection 2.1(g).
