Unbilled Receivable definition

Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or bill with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.
Unbilled Receivable means a Receivable in respect of which the goods have been shipped, or the services rendered, to the relevant customer or patient, rights to payment thereon have accrued, but the invoice has not been rendered to the applicable Obligor.
Unbilled Receivable means a Retail Receivable included in the Receivables Pool as to which all services have been rendered in full and/or all goods have been delivered to the Obligor and is accounted for on the Originator’s books and records as unbilled revenue in accordance with its current financial accounting practices but for which, at the time of determination, an invoice or any other evidence of the obligation of such Obligor thereunder has not been duly submitted to such Obligor for payment of the amount thereof.

Examples of Unbilled Receivable in a sentence

  • Any Unbilled Receivable arising under a Contract as to which the related Originator is currently billing the related Obligor at least as frequently as permitted under such Contract.

  • Of any Receivable at any time means the then outstanding principal balance thereof (or with respect to any Unbilled Receivable, the amount that will be billed to the related Obligor when such Unbilled Receivable is billed), excluding all late payment charges, delinquency charges and extension or collection fees.


More Definitions of Unbilled Receivable

Unbilled Receivable means any Receivable for goods delivered or services performed for the related Obligor, with respect to which no invoice has been submitted to such Obligor for payment of the amount thereof and which is accounted for on the related Originator’s books and records as “unbilled revenuein accordance with its financial accounting practices.
Unbilled Receivable means a Transferred Receivable in respect of which no invoice has been issued to the related Obligor.
Unbilled Receivable means a Pool Receivable which is fully earned (that, as to which all services which are the subject of such Pool Receivable have been rendered in full and/or all goods which are the subject of such Pool Receivable have been delivered to the Obligor) and is accounted for on the Originator’s books and records as unbilled revenue in accordance with its then current financial accounting practices but for which, at the time of determination, an invoice or any other evidence of the obligation of such Obligor thereunder has not been duly submitted to such Obligor for payment of the amount thereof; it being understand that a Pool Receivables ceases being an “Unbilled Receivable” once it is invoiced.
Unbilled Receivable means, as of any date of determination, any Receivable as to which the invoice or ▇▇▇▇ with respect thereto has neither (i) been created by the related Originator nor (ii) been sent to the Obligor thereof.
Unbilled Receivable means any amount the Seller treats as a Receivable that has not been billed to an Obligor.

Unbilled Receivable means any Receivable that has not been billed to the Obligor by either the Originator or the Servicer.
