Unbilled Receivable definition

Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or xxxx with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.
Unbilled Receivable means, at any time, any Receivable as to which the invoice or bill with respect thereto has not yet been sent to the Obligor thereof.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an Event of Termination has occurred and is continuing and Moog or an Affiliate thereof is serving as the Master Servicer, Moog or such Affiliate shall not cause any Pool Receivable to be converted to,or to otherwise become, an Unbilled Receivable (including, without limitation, by issuing a credit memo in respect of such Pool Receivable and thereafter re-billing such Receivable as contemplated by the definition of “Dilution Excluded Receivable”).

More Definitions of Unbilled Receivable

Unbilled Receivable means a Receivable in respect of which the goods have been shipped, or the services rendered, and rights to payment thereon have accrued, but the invoice has not been rendered to the applicable Obligor.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) the Outstanding Balance of all Unbilled Receivables for Obligors that are not Eligible Obligors for any Calculation Period will be deemed to be an amount agreed upon by the Borrower and the Committed Lenders in writing (which may be by email); and (ii) the Outstanding Balance for all Unbilled Receivables for which the Obligor is a Texas Storm Credit Balance Obligor at such time shall be deemed to be $0.
Unbilled Receivable means any amount the Seller treats as a Receivable that has not been billed to an Obligor.
