Review Receivable definition

Review Receivable has the meaning designated in Section 1.02 of the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
Review Receivable means, for a Review, the Receivables more than 60 days Delinquent as of the last day of the Collection Period before the Review Demand Date stated in the Review Notice.
Review Receivable means, for a Review, the Receivables 60 or more days delinquent as of the last day of the Collection Period for the Review Demand Date stated in the Review Notice.

Examples of Review Receivable in a sentence

  • For an Asset Representations Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will perform, for each Review Receivable, the Tests for each Eligible Representation.

  • If any Review Receivable was included in a prior Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will not conduct additional Tests on such Review Receivable, but will include the previously reported Test results in the Review Report for the current Review.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that these systems allow for each Review Receivable and the related Review Materials to be individually tracked and stored as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Within five (5) Business Days after the end of the applicable Asset Representations Review period under Section 3.03(b), the Asset Representations Reviewer will deliver to the Administrator, the Issuing Entity, the Grantor Trust, the Sponsor, the Servicer, the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee a report indicating for each Review Receivable whether there was a Test Pass, Test Fail or Test Complete for each related Test (a “Review Report”).

  • For each Test and Review Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).

  • If the same Test is required for more than one Eligible Representation, the Asset Representations Reviewer will only perform the Test once for each Review Receivable, but will report the results of the Test for each applicable Eligible Representation on the Review Report.

  • On receipt of such notice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will immediately terminate all Tests of the related Review Receivable, and the Asset Representations Review of such Review Receivable will be considered complete (a “Test Complete”).

  • Following the completion of an Asset Representations Review and the delivery of the related Review Report pursuant to Section 3.04, or the termination of an Asset Representations Review according to Section 3.03(e), and the delivery to the Issuing Entity and the Sponsor of a detailed invoice, the Asset Representations Reviewer will be entitled to a fee payable by the Issuing Entity of $200 for each Review Receivable for which the Asset Representations Review was started (the “Review Fee”).

  • Following the delivery of the list of the Review Receivables and before the delivery of the Review Report by the Asset Representations Reviewer, the Issuing Entity or the Administrator, on the Issuing Entity’s behalf, may notify the Asset Representations Reviewer if a Review Receivable is paid in full by the Obligor or otherwise satisfied or repurchased from the Issuing Entity and the Grantor Trust in accordance with the Transaction Documents.

  • In this case, the related Review Report will indicate a Test Complete for such Review Receivable and the related reason.


More Definitions of Review Receivable

Review Receivable means, for a Review, each Receivable in an Account that has been designated as “status” by the Servicer as of the last day of the Collection Period before the Review Demand Date stated in the Review Notice.
Review Receivable means, for a Review, the 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of the Collection Period before the date on which the Indenture Trustee determines that the required percentage of Noteholders has voted to direct a Review under Section 14.2 of the Indenture.

Related to Review Receivable

  • Review Receivables means those Delinquent Receivables that have been Delinquent Receivables for 60 days or more as of the last day of the preceding Collection Period identified by the Servicer as requiring an Asset Representations Review by the Asset Representations Reviewer following receipt of an Asset Representations Review Notice according to Section 3.01.

  • Settlement Receivable means any general intangible, payment intangible, or instrument representing or reflecting an obligation to make payments to or for the benefit of a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person.

  • Purchased Receivable means a Receivable purchased as of the close of business on the last day of a Collection Period by the Servicer pursuant to Sections 4.2, 4.4(c) or 4.7 or repurchased by the Seller or the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.2 or Section 10.1(a).

  • Receivable any right to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered, whether or not such right is evidenced by an Instrument or Chattel Paper and whether or not it has been earned by performance (including, without limitation, any Account).

  • Delinquent Receivable means a Receivable as to which any payment, or part thereof, remains unpaid for 61 days or more from the original due date for such payment.

  • Review Report means, for an Asset Review, the report of the Asset Representations Reviewer prepared according to Section 3.5.

  • Charged-Off Receivable means a Receivable: (i) as to which the Obligor thereof has taken any action, or suffered any event to occur, of the type described in Section 9.1(d) (as if references to Seller Party therein refer to such Obligor); (ii) as to which the Obligor thereof, if a natural person, is deceased, (iii) which, consistent with the Credit and Collection Policy, would be written off Seller’s books as uncollectible or (iv) which has been identified by Seller as uncollectible.
