Additional Segment definition

Additional Segment means the Crude Oil gathering pipelines and other related facilities and equipment located in the Dedication Area necessary to gather and transport Crude Oil from a Receipt Point to any existing portion of the Gathering System.
Additional Segment means those Segments identified on the XXX Construction Plan and the SRP Construction Plan for construction after the date of this Agreement by XXX or by SRP.

Examples of Additional Segment in a sentence

  • All pipelines to be constructed pursuant to a Construction Plan (whether as part of the Base Gathering System or as part of an Additional Segment) shall be constructed of steel.

  • Gatherer and Shipper shall work together to ensure completion of the Base Gathering System, the CDP and each Additional Segment in a timely manner.

  • Gatherer shall either provide a written report or schedule a conference call with Shipper regarding construction progress on a weekly basis while the Base Gathering System, the CDP and each Additional Segment are being constructed.

  • All System Materials used to construct or equip --------- an Additional Segment or a Future Segment shall meet or exceed the minimum specifications developed by the Network Deployment Committee for System Materials, which specifications shall be based on the more stringent of ELI's specifications or industry specifications.

  • Before beginning construction of any Additional Segment, XXX and SRP shall present the Segment to the Network Deployment Committee.

  • Additional Series or “Additional Series Equipment Notes” means Equipment Notes issued under the Indenture and designated as a Series (other than “Series AA” or “Series A”) thereunder in the principal amounts and maturities and bearing interest as specified in Schedule I to the Indenture amended at the time of original issuance of such Additional Series under the heading for such Series.

  • Additional Senior Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.2(b).

  • Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:

  • Additional Facility means an additional term or revolving facility referred to in Section 2.14 and “Additional Facilities” means all or any such Additional Facilities.

  • Additional Facilities has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.9(a).

  • Initial Term Facility means the Initial Term Loan Commitments and the Initial Term Loans made hereunder.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Contract Term Adjustment means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection.

  • New Services Queue Closing Date means each April 30 and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the six-month period ending on such date. “New York ISO” or “NYISO” shall mean the New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Base Offer Segment means a component of a Sell Offer based on an existing Generation Capacity Resource, equal to the Unforced Capacity of such resource, as determined in accordance with the PJM Manuals. If the Sell Offers of multiple Market Sellers are based on a single Existing Generation Capacity Resource, the Base Offer Segments of such Market Sellers shall be determined pro rata based on their entitlements to Unforced Capacity from such resource.

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.

  • Debt service extension base means an amount equal to that

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Generator Forced Outage means an immediate reduction in output or capacity or removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit by reason of an Emergency or threatened Emergency, unanticipated failure, or other cause beyond the control of the owner or operator of the facility, as specified in the relevant portions of the PJM Manuals. A reduction in output or removal from service of a generating unit in response to changes in market conditions shall not constitute a Generator Forced Outage.
