Additional Service Recipient definition

Additional Service Recipient means any Affiliate of Service Recipient who executes a joinder with the Service Provider, in a form provided by the Service Provider pursuant to which such Affiliate joins as a party to this Agreement and the Service Provider agrees to such joinder.
Additional Service Recipient has the meaning set out in clause 2.1.7;

  • Service Recipient means, with respect to a Participant holding a given Award, the member of the Company Group by which the original recipient of such Award is, or following a Termination was most recently, principally employed or to which such original recipient provides, or following a Termination was most recently providing, services, as applicable.
