  • The Corporation may issue up to $50,000,000 in aggregate liquidation preference of Series D Preferred Stock (416,667 shares) in accordance with the Purchase Agreement, and may issue Additional Shares of Series D Preferred Stock as dividends on the Series D Preferred Stock as may be due from time to time pursuant to the terms of any Outstanding Series D Preferred Stock in accordance with Section 2(e).
