Additional Tender Offer Documents definition

Additional Tender Offer Documents means all amendments and exhibits to, and documents related to, the Tender Offer Documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or distributed to the stockholders of PLATINUM by Borrower and its Subsidiaries or PLATINUM and its Subsidiaries in connection with the Tender Offer and the Merger.
Additional Tender Offer Documents means all amendments and exhibits to, and documents related to, the Tender Offer Documents filed with the SEC under the Exchange Act, or distributed to the stockholders of Eljer, in each case to the extent delivered to the Banks after the Effective Date and shall include any Merger Documents first delivered to the Banks after such date.
