Additional Usage Fee definition

Additional Usage Fee means the fee or fees identified on the applicable Service Orders that will apply if Customer's use of the Services exceeds the Authorized Usage Level.
Additional Usage Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 of this Agreement.
Additional Usage Fee or “Overage Fee” means the fee or fees identified on the applicable Service Orders that will apply if Customer's use of the Services exceeds the Authorized Usage Level.

Examples of Additional Usage Fee in a sentence

  • Customer will at all times ensure that either (a) its use of the Services does not exceed its Authorized Usage Level or (b) if its use of the Services exceeds the Authorized Usage Level, it will pay the Additional Usage Fee invoiced by Tealium according to the terms of the applicable Service Order and Section 4 below.

  • Additional Refinancing Amount means, in connection with the Incurrence of any Refinancing Indebtedness, the aggregate principal amount of additional Indebtedness, Disqualified Stock or Preferred Stock Incurred to pay accrued and unpaid interest, premiums (including tender premiums), expenses, defeasance costs and fees in respect thereof.

  • Initial Fee means any applicable one-off initial or installation fee, as may be stated in an Order;

  • Available Increase Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the result of (a) $50,000,000, minus (b) the aggregate principal amount of Increases to the Revolver Commitments previously made pursuant to Section 2.14 of this Agreement.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Commitment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Default Fee means with respect to any amount due and payable by Seller in respect of any Aggregate Unpaids, an amount equal to the greater of (i) $1000 and (ii) interest on any such unpaid Aggregate Unpaids at a rate per annum equal to 2% above the Prime Rate.

  • Rental Fee A fee charged by the Contractor for the rental of a compactor or roll-off container.

  • Facility Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Loan Fee shall have the meaning assigned in Section 5.1.

  • Maximum Term Loan Amount means Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000).

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Margin means the per annum fee, from time to time in effect, payable in respect of Borrowers’ non-use of committed funds pursuant to Section 1.9(b), which fee is determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Renewal Fee means the fee that Borrower must pay Coast upon renewal of this Agreement pursuant to Section 9.1 hereof, in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • Advance Reimbursement Amount has the meaning stated in Section 4.4(b) of the Servicing Supplement.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(a).

  • Maximum Facility Amount means the aggregate Commitments as then in effect, which amount shall not exceed $200,000,000; provided that at all times after the Reinvestment Period, the Maximum Facility Amount shall mean the aggregate Advances Outstanding at such time.

  • Additional Margin shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(a).

  • Additional Fees means, where applicable, those fees and charges for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child/the Student, including but not limited to the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs.
