More Definitions of Usage Fee
Usage Fee means, with respect to all Advances, the product of (i) the Usage Fee Rate for the applicable Lender, times (ii) the daily average outstanding principal balance of all Advances during the related Interest Accrual Period, times (iii) the actual number of days in such Interest Accrual Period, divided by 360. For the avoidance of doubt, Usage Fees do not constitute “Confidential Information”.
