Adjudicated youth definition

Adjudicated youth means a person who has been found to be within the jurisdiction
Adjudicated youth has the meaning set forth in ORS 420.005 and includes “youth offenders” as that term is used in ORS 420.017 and 420.019.
Adjudicated youth means a person who has been found to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court under ORS 419C.005 for an act committed when the person was under 18 years of age.

  • Contested Claim means any Tax, Indebtedness or other claim or liability (i) the validity or amount of which is being diligently contested in good faith, (ii) for which adequate reserve, or other appropriate provision, if any, as required in conformity with GAAP shall have been made, and (iii) with respect to which any right to execute upon or sell any assets of the Company or of any of its Subsidiaries has not matured or has been and continues to be effectively enjoined, superseded or stayed.

  • intervener ’ shall mean a person who files a petition to be made an in- tervener pursuant to paragraph (g) of this section and whose petition is ap- proved.
