Adjudication Period definition

  • The Accounting Firm shall deliver to the Buyer and the Seller a written determination (such determination to include a work sheet setting forth all material calculations used in arriving at such determination and to be based solely on information provided to the Accounting Firm by the Seller and the Buyer) of the disputed items within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the disputed items (such 30-day period, the "Adjudication Period"), which determination shall be final, binding and conclusive.

  • Dispute Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(a).

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;
