Consultation Period definition

Consultation Period means the period of ninety (90) days or such otherlonger period as the Parties may agree, commencing fromthe date of issuance of a SPGPreliminary Default Noticeor DISCOM Preliminary Default Notice as provided inArticle 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between thePartiestomitigatethe consequenceof therelevantevent havingregardtoallthecircumstances;
Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such other longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issuance of a Developer Preliminary Default Notice or ESCOM Preliminary Default Notice as provided in Article 16 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances.
Consultation Period. Has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.

Examples of Consultation Period in a sentence

  • Following the issue of a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, the Consultation Period shall apply and would be for the Parties to discuss as to what steps shall be taken with a view to mitigate the consequences of the relevant Event of Default having regard to all the circumstances.

  • During the Consultation Period, both Parties shall, save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, continue to perform their respective obligations/ roles under this Agreement.

  • The Consultation Period would be for the Parties to discuss as to what steps shall be taken with a view to mitigate the consequences of the relevant non-fulfilment of role by the Nodal Agency including giving time extension to TSP, having regard to all the circumstances.

  • During the Consultation Period, the Parties shall, save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, continue to perform their respective obligations/ roles under this Agreement, and the TSP shall not remove any material, equipment or any part of the Project, without prior consent of the Nodal Agency.

  • Following the issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice, the Consultation Period shall apply.


More Definitions of Consultation Period

Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issue of a TSP’s Preliminary Notice or a Nodal Agency’s Preliminary Termination Notice, as provided in Article 13 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances;
