Adjusted Contribution Amounts definition

Adjusted Contribution Amounts means the RBS Adjusted Contribution Amount and the Sempra Adjusted Contribution Amount;
Adjusted Contribution Amounts means the RBS Adjusted Contribution Amount and/or the Sempra Adjusted Contribution Amount, as the context requires.
