Adjusted Monthly Contract Quantity definition

Adjusted Monthly Contract Quantity or “AMCQ” for any Month shall be equal to the MCQ for such Month minus the sum of the following quantities for each Day during such Month:

  • GEL and GVPGL have entered into Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements (GSPA) wherein they have committed to purchase and suppliers have committed to sell 80% of the Adjusted Monthly Contract Quantity, as defined under GSPA, of natural gas in each Contract month and 90% of the Adjusted Annual Contract Quantity, as defined under GSPA, of natural gas in each contract year at a price which is linked to the average price of Brent Crude Oil as per the terms agreed between the parties.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Contract Year means each period of twelve (12) consecutive months during the Initial Term of this Agreement, with the first Contract Year commencing on the Effective Date, and with each subsequent Contract Year commencing on the anniversary of the Effective Date.

  • Contract Quarter means a three-month period that commences on January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 and ends on March 31, June 30, September 30, or December 31, respectively.

  • Average monthly discharge limitation means the highest allowable average of "daily discharges" over a calendar month, calculated as the sum of all "daily discharges" measured during a calendar month divided by the number of "daily discharges" measured during that month. Compliance with fecal coliform bacteria or E coli bacteria limitations shall be determined using the geometric mean.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Calculation Period means the period from and including the seventh scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity to and including the second scheduled Index Business Day prior to the Stated Maturity.
