Examples of Administrative Management Services in a sentence

  • The Manager shall, in good faith, determine the expenses related to the Administrative Management Services that are allocable to the Company in any reasonable manner determined by the Manager and shall provide to the Company on a quarterly basis an invoice for the reasonable costs and expenses to be paid pursuant to Section 6.1, which invoice shall contain a description in reasonable detail of the costs and expenses that comprise the aggregate amount of the payment being invoiced.

  • The Manager may subcontract any of its duties and obligations hereunder to provide Administrative Management Services to any of its Affiliates without the consent of the Company and may subcontract its duties and obligations hereunder to provide Administrative Management Services to Persons that are not Affiliates with the prior written consent of the Company.

  • In consideration of the Administrative Management Services, Manager will pay STAG an annual fee of $20,000, payable quarterly in advance.

Related to Administrative Management Services

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Investment Management Services means any services which involve: (i) the management of an investment account or Fund (or portions thereof or a group of investment accounts or Funds); (ii) the giving of advice with respect to the investment and/or reinvestment of assets or funds (or any group of assets or funds); or (iii) otherwise acting as an “investment adviser” within the meaning of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended, including, without limitation, in each of the foregoing cases, performing activities related or incidental thereto.

  • Procurement Services shall refer to a business unit of OGS, formerly known as New York State Procurement (“NYSPro”) and Procurement Services Group (“PSG”).

  • Appraisal management services means one or more of the following:

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Management Services means the services specified in sub-clauses 3.1 to 3.8 as indicated affirmatively in Boxes 5 to 12.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Adaptive management means reliance on scientific methods to test the results of actions taken so that the management and related policy can be changed promptly and appropriately.

  • Replacement Services means any services which are substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Customer receives in substitution for any of the Services following the Contract Expiry Date, whether those services are provided by the Customer internally and/or by any third party;

  • Management Services Agreements means, collectively, the Management Services Agreement, dated February 25, 2006, between Sabine Pass LNG and Sabine Pass LNG-GP, Inc. and the Management Services Agreement, dated September 1, 2006, between Sabine Pass LNG-GP, Inc. and Cheniere LNG Terminals.

  • Outpatient services means those services rendered in a practitioner’s office or in the department of an approved facility where services are rendered to persons who have not had an overnight stay and are not charged for room and board.

The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job. The Employer will not pay the Executive cash in lieu of professional outplacement services.

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.

  • Procurement Management means the Director of Lee County’s Procurement Management Department or designee.

  • Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;

  • Administrative Services Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).
