Any party contracted for the purposes of assisting the Plan Administrator in performing its duties under this Agreement shall provide to the Bank, on the schedule set forth in the Administrative Services Contract, a statement setting forth the benefits to be distributed under this Agreement.
Under an Investment Advisory and Administrative Services Contract (the “Contract”) with the Trust, Barings has agreed to use its best efforts to present to the Trust a continuing and suitable investment program consistent with the investment objectives and policies of the Trust.
