Admitted Body definition

Admitted Body has the meaning given to it in Clause 28A.1 (Contractor to Become Admitted Body);
Admitted Body a transferee admission body for the purposes of regulation 6 of the Administration Regulations (or any subsequent enactment thereof);
Admitted Body means a body admitted to the LGPS;

Examples of Admitted Body in a sentence

  • If requested to do so by the Minister, the Admitted Body must provide the Minister with a copy of its audited annual accounts in respect of the immediately preceding financial year within 21 days of such request.

  • The Admitted Body shall remain admitted to the Schemes for the term of the Contract (including any extension or retender where the Admitted Body continues to provide the Services or part thereof) unless and until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms.

  • Any risk sharing arrangements agreed between the Scheme Employer and the Admitted Body will be documented in the commercial agreement between the two parties and not the admission agreement.

  • Not all African countries followed the same pattern and at the same time as is laid out in this section and it is in ths regard that the section simply aims to provide a generalised and introductory commentary concerning the African media landscape (also see chapter 2).

  • Subject to sub-clause 12.2 below, any issue that may arise between the Contracting Authority and the Admitted Body relating to the construction of this Agreement, or to the rights and obligations of either the Contracting Authority and the Admitted Body under it, shall be referred in writing to the Minister.

Related to Admitted Body

  • Admitted patient means a person who occupies an approved bed in a hospital for the purpose of hospital treatment and includes:

  • Lead Member shall, in the case of a joint venture, mean the member of such joint venture who shall have the authority to bind the contractor and each member of the Joint venture; and shall be deemed to be the Contractor for the purposes of this Agreement; the Lead Member shall itself undertake and perform at least 51% (fifty one per cent) of the total length of the Project Highway;

  • Admitted assets means the amount thereof as of the last day of the most recently concluded annual statement year, computed in accordance with rule 191—5.6(505,515,520).

  • Interested Member means any person (other than the Company and any direct or indirect majority-owned subsidiary of the Company) that:

  • Voting Member means a Member holding one or more Voting Shares.

  • Trading Member means a Person who has been approved by Nadex to trade directly and not through a FCM Member on the Market, and does not include any FCM Member.

  • appointed member means a member referred to in section 5(1)(a) or (b);

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Ex Officio Member means a non-voting, non-dues paying member of the Council that is not a party to this Agreement.

  • A Member means a companion, fellow, member, honorary member, associate or affiliate of the Society

  • Public member means an individual who is not, and never

  • Potential Member means an individual who meets the eligibility requirements to enroll in the Oregon Health Plan but has not yet enrolled with a specific PHP or CCO.

  • Nominated Person means a person who is a member, or a member and Officer, of the Association

  • Co-opted Member means a person who is not a member of the authority but who-

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • parent financial holding company in a Member State means a financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in the same Member State;

  • Non-Voting Member means a member of a Committee or Sub- Committee of the Council who is not a member of the Council and is not entitled to vote on any matter coming before that Committee or Sub- Committee;

  • Public Director means a Person that meets the qualifications described in Rule 207(e).

  • Japanese person means any person resident in Japan, including any corporation or other entity organized under the laws of Japan;

  • Nominated Recipient means a person appointed by You to receive particular FIT Payments and recorded as such on the Central FiT Register;

  • parent mixed financial holding company in a Member State means a mixed financial holding company which is not itself a subsidiary of an institution authorised in the same Member State, or of a financial holding company or mixed financial holding company set up in that same Member State;

  • Related member means a person that, with respect to the taxpayer during all or any portion of the taxable year, is either a related entity, a component member as defined in section 1563(b) of the Internal Revenue Code, or a person to or from whom there is attribution of stock ownership in accordance with section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code except, for purposes of determining whether a person is a related member under this division, "twenty per cent" shall be substituted for "5 percent" wherever "5 percent" appears in section 1563(e) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Designated member means the spouse, child, grandchild, parent, brother, or sister of a deceased individual who owned an interest in a wholesaler, who is entitled to inherit the deceased individual's ownership interest in the wholesaler under the terms of the deceased individual's will, or who has otherwise been designated in writing by the deceased individual to succeed the deceased individual in the wholesaler's business, or is entitled to inherit such ownership interest under the laws of intestate succession of this state. With respect to an incapacitated individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler, the term means the person appointed by a court as the conservator of such individual's property. The term also includes the appointed and qualified personal representative and the testamentary trustee of a deceased individual owning an ownership interest in a wholesaler.

  • Reviewing official means the individual who shall make the trustworthiness and reliability determination of an individual to determine whether the individual may have, or continue to have, unescorted access to the Category 1 or Category 2 quantities of radioactive materials that are possessed by the licensee.
