Delivery of an executed signature page of this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic transmission (including electronic PDF, Docusign, Adobe “fill and sign” or such other provider as specified in writing by the applicable party) shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed counterpart hereof and shall be fully binding on the parties to the same extent as the delivery of the signed originals and shall be admissible into evidence for all purposes.
