Adult Entertainment Parlour definition

Adult Entertainment Parlour means any premises or part thereof in which is provided, in pursuance of a trade, calling, business or occupation, services appealing to or designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations;

Adult Entertainment Parlour means any premises, or part thereof, in which is provided in pursuance of a trade, calling, business, or occupation, goods or services appealing to or designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations. ADULT ENTERTAINMENT PARLOUR goods include books, magazines, pictures, slides, film, phonograph records, pre-recorded magnetic tape and any other reading, viewing or listening matter.

Adult Entertainment Parlour means any Premises or part thereof where goods, entertainment or Services that are designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations are provided, in pursuance of a business, activity or undertaking carried on in or operated from the Premises or part of the Premises;

Examples of Adult Entertainment Parlour in a sentence

• Adult Entertainment Parlour Operator or Adult Entertainment Attendant shall ensure that every service provided by an Adult Entertainment Attendant, including every performance, encounter, exhibition, dance or other similar activity, takes place without being hidden or concealed, in whole or in part, so as to hinder or prevent the enforcement of this By- law.

• Every person applying for an Adult Entertainment Parlour Owner, Operator or Attendant licence or for the renewal thereof, shall attend in person and not by agent, at City Clerk Services of the City and shall complete the prescribed forms and shall furnish personal identification and such other information as the Director may direct.

• Every person applying for an Adult Entertainment Parlour Operator or Attendant licence or for the renewal thereof, shall attend at a place designated by the Director, for the purpose of having his/her photograph taken.

• In the case of an Adult Entertainment Parlour owned by a partnership, the attendance required by this paragraph shall be by one of the partners and in the case of a corporate owner, the attendance shall be by an officer or director of the corporation.

• No premises or part thereof used as an Adult Entertainment Parlour shall be used as a dwelling or for sleeping purposes.

Adult Entertainment Parlour means a building or part of a building in which is provided, in pursuance of a trade, calling, business or occupation, services appealing to or designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations;

Adult Entertainment Parlour means any premises or part thereof in which is provided, in pursuance of a business, services by an entertainer appealing to or designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations; (2002-201)

Adult Entertainment Parlour means any Premises or part thereof in which Adult Entertainment Services is provided;

Adult Entertainment Parlour means a premise or part thereof where entertainment or services that are designed to appeal to erotic or sexual appetites or inclinations are provided, in pursuance of a business, in the premises or part thereof but does not include a body rub parlour;
