Advance Period definition

Advance Period means the period commencing on the date of the Closing Date and terminating on the second anniversary of the Closing Date unless terminated or extended as provided herein.
Advance Period means the period commencing on the date the Servicer makes an Advance and ending on the date the Servicer is reimbursed in full (from amounts other than Advances) for all outstanding Advances with interest thereon.
Advance Period means each period listed on Schedule 2.1(b) during which Company may receive a Subsequent Advance.

Advance Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
