Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Consumer loan means a loan to one or more individuals for household, fam- ily, or other personal expenditures. A consumer loan does not include a home mortgage, small business, or small farm loan. Consumer loans include the following categories of loans:
Financed Equipment is all present and future Eligible Equipment in which Borrower has any interest, the purchase of which is financed by an Equipment Advance.
Financed Vehicle means an automobile or light-duty truck van or minivan, together with all accessions thereto, securing an Obligor’s indebtedness under the respective Receivable.
Senior Higher Priority Liabilities means any obligations in respect of principal of the Issuer under any Notes and any other unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (créditos ordinarios) of the Issuer, other than the Senior Non Preferred Liabilities; and
Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.
Consumer Loans means Loans to individuals for household, family and other personal expenditures (including United States and/or State-guaranteed student loans and extensions of credit pursuant to a credit card plan or debit card plan).
Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital. Advanced emergency medical technician or “AEMT” means an individual who has successfully completed a course of study based on the United States Department of Transportation’s Advanced Emergency Medical Technician Instructional Guidelines (January 2009), has passed the psychomotor and cognitive examinations for the AEMT, and is currently certified by the department as an AEMT.
student loan means a loan towards a student’s maintenance pursuant to any regulations made under section 22 of the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998, section 73 of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 or Article 3 of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and includes, in Scotland, a young student’s bursary paid under regulation 4(1)(c) of the Students’ Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 2007.
Underlying Company means the issuer of the relevant Security as specified above, in each case subject to adjustment in accordance with Condition 13 (Adjustments).
Enhanced Services means any service offered over Common Carrier transmission facilities that employ computer processing applications that act on the format, content, code, protocol or similar aspects of a subscriber's transmitted information; that provide the subscriber with additional, different or restructured information; or involve End User Customer interaction with stored information. "Enhanced 911" or "E911" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.1.
Consumer debtor means a debtor in a consumer transaction.
Advanced practice nurse means a person who holds current certification as nurse practitioner/clinical nurse specialist from the State Board of Nursing.
GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.
Unanticipated Recovery As defined in Section 4.2(f).
Advanced materials means materials with engineered
Countrywide Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., a New York corporation and its successors and assigns.
the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund means the registered charity of that name (number 1173260) established on 30th May 2017;
Countrywide Servicing Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, a Texas limited partnership and its successors and assigns.
Loan Servicer means the entity that from time to time is designated by Lender to collect payments and deposits and receive Notices under the Note, the Security Instrument, this Loan Agreement and any other Loan Document, and otherwise to service the Loan evidenced by the Note for the benefit of Lender.
Project Loan Account means any of the Accounts within the Project Fund so designated and established by Article V.
Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of November 1, 2003, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.
Senior Liabilities means all present and future moneys, debts and liabilities due, owing or incurred by the Obligors to any Finance Party under or in connection with any Finance Document (in each case, whether alone or jointly, or jointly and severally, with any other person, whether actually or contingently and whether as principal, surety or otherwise).
Financed Shares means shares of Company Stock acquired by the Trustee with the proceeds of an Acquisition Loan, which shall constitute “qualifying employer securities” under Section 409(l) of the Code and any shares of Company Stock received upon conversion or exchange of such shares.
Enhanced recovery means the process or combination of processes applied to a formation to extract hydrocarbons in addition to those that would be produced utilizing the natural energy existing in that formation. Examples of enhanced recovery include water flooding and carbon dioxide (CO2) injection.
