Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.
Advanced Services means intrastate or interstate wireline Telecommunications Services, such as ADSL, IDSL, xDSL, Frame Relay, Cell Relay and VPOP-Dial Access Service (an AT&T-13STATE Frame Relay-based service) that rely on packetized technology and have the capability of supporting transmissions speeds of at least 56 kilobits per second in both directions. This definition of Advanced Services does not include:
1.1.5.1 Data services that are not primarily based on packetized technology, such as ISDN,

Advanced Services does not include Cisco’s core maintenance services, such as Smart Net Total Care or Software Application Services, nor does it apply to the purchase, support or maintenance of any Products.
