Advised Fund definition

Advised Fund means an investment company registered under the 1940 Act for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser. Therefore, this includes each series of Bridgeway Funds, Inc. as well as any other funds for which the Adviser serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Advised Fund means an investment company (open-end or closed-end fund registered under the 1940 Act) for which STW serves as investment adviser or sub-adviser.
Advised Fund means a registered investment company for which PCA serves as adviser or sub-adviser.

Examples of Advised Fund in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 7.2(b), (i) an Administrator or any affiliate thereof shall cause the redirection of assets into or out of any Advised Fund if such Administrator or affiliate thereof suggests, promotes, proposes or encourages such redirection and (ii) assets redirected into or out of the Funds by an Administrator from or to, respectively, another account at the Sub-Administrator/Accounting Agent after the date hereof shall not be counted toward the calculation described in this Section 7.2(b).

  • In fact, subject to the holding period requirement described above, an Access Person can purchase a Loomis Advised Fund (through one or multiple transactions) and can liquidate their position in that fund (through one or several transactions) during a 90 day period.

  • However, an Access Person cannot then reacquire a position in the same Loomis Advised Fund previously sold within the same 90 day period.

More Definitions of Advised Fund

Advised Fund means any investment company registered under the 1940 Act that is advised by the Advisor.
