Regulated Funds definition

Regulated Funds means the Existing Regulated Fund, the Future Regulated Funds and the BDC Downstream Funds.
Regulated Funds means the Company, the Future Regulated Funds and the BDC Downstream Funds.
Regulated Funds means (a) the Existing Regulated Funds, (b) the Future Regulated Funds and (c) the BDC Downstream Funds. “Related Party” means (i) any Close Affiliate and (ii) in respect of matters as to which any Adviser has knowledge, any Remote Affiliate.

  • All Regulated Funds and Affiliated Funds that hold Pre-Boarding Investments in the issuer immediately before the time of completion of the Co-Investment Transaction hold the same security or securities of the issuer.

  • In these cases, the Regulated Funds and Affiliated Funds may rely on the Order to make such Disposition subject to the requirements of Condition 7.
