Advisory Member definition

Advisory Member means an authorized representative of the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Diocese of Joliet, or any other non-governmental elementary and secondary school located in the O’Hare Commission Area who shall serve as a special advisory Member of the O’Hare Commission as provided in Section 3.D. of this Agreement, but who shall have no voting powers on the O’Hare Commission and shall not be parties to the Agreement.
Advisory Member means Advisory Member, as per 5.3 of the SSC By-laws.
Advisory Member means any person or persons representing local, State, or Federal agencies or other organizations having a direct responsibility for transportation planning and programs within the RTPO Planning Area. Advisory Member and Sportan agree that, because damages at law for any breach or nonperformance of this Agreement by Advisory Member, while recoverable, are and will be inadequate, this Agreement may be enforced in equity by specific performance, injunction, accounting or otherwise.
