Advisory Board Member definition

Advisory Board Member means a member of an “Advisory Board” as defined in Section 2(a)(1) of the 1940 Act.
Advisory Board Member means any person who serves on the Advisory Board to the Trustees of Janus Investment Fund, Janus Adviser Series or Janus Aspen Series.
Advisory Board Member means any individual serving as a member of an Advisory Board appointed by the Board of Trustees of the Fund.
