Affidavit of Seller. The affidavit or affidavits in the forms prescribed by the Authority from time to time to be completed by the seller of a residential housing unit that is sought to be acquired with the proceeds of a Mortgage Loan, as such forms are completed.

Affidavit of Seller means, with respect to a Mortgage Loan, the completed affidavit, as amended from time to time, executed by the seller of the Residence.

  • At closing, Seller shall supplement the warranties and representations in this Purchase Agreement by executing and delivering a Minnesota Uniform Conveyancing Blank [Form No. 116-M, 117-M, or 118-M] Affidavit of Seller (”Seller’s Affidavit”).

  • Affidavit of Seller shall have the same meaning as “Seller’s Certificate,” as defined below.

  • Affidavit of Small Business Enterprise Certification means the fully completed, signed, and notarized affidavit that must be submitted with an application for SBE certification. Representations and certifications made by the applicant in this Affidavit are made under penalty of perjury and will be used and relied upon by City to verify SBE eligibility and compliance with SBE certification and documentation requirements.

  • FIRPTA Affidavit means the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act Certification and Affidavit, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.

  • Buyer has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).

  • Purchaser means the organization purchasing the goods.

  • Sellers has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Sellers’ Representative has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Assignment of Contracts shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.07.

  • Transferee Affidavit and Agreement As defined in Section 6.02(g)(i)(B).

  • Buyer Closing Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 7.03(d).

  • Seller Certificate means a certificate of transfer delivered in connection with the transfer of a Trust Certificate pursuant to Section 3.04(a), substantially in the form of Exhibit B.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement as of the close of business of the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimate of the Purchase Price (including all adjustments and prorations thereto).

  • Estoppel Certificate As defined in Section 23.1(a).

  • Transferee Affidavit As defined in Section 5.03(n).

  • Closing Certificate means the closing certificate of the Company in the form of Exhibit B hereto.
