FIRPTA Affidavit definition

FIRPTA Affidavit means the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act Certification and Affidavit, substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
FIRPTA Affidavit means the form of FIRPTA Affidavit to be executed and delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing in the form attached hereto as SCHEDULE 8.
FIRPTA Affidavit has the meaning set forth in §7(a) below.

FIRPTA Affidavit has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1 hereof.
