Private interest means an interest held by an individual that is:
Certificate Interest means the allocable percentage interest of a Certificate held by a Certificateholder.
Note Interest for any Class of Notes and Payment Date means interest for the related Interest Period at the applicable Note Rate on the related Note Principal Balance as of the first day of the Interest Period (after giving effect to the distributions made on the first day of the Interest Period).
Proportionate Interest has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(d);
Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. We make sure we consider and balance any potential impact on you (both positive and negative) and your rights before we process your personal data for our legitimate interests. We do not use your personal data for activities where our interests are overridden by the impact on you (unless we have your consent or are otherwise required or permitted to by law). Income interest means the right of an income beneficiary to receive all or part of net income, whether the terms of the trust require it to be distributed or authorize it to be distributed in the trustee's discretion.
Accrued Certificate Interest With respect to each Distribution Date, as to any Class or Subclass of Certificates (other than any Principal Only Certificates), interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the related Pass-Through Rate on the Certificate Principal Balance or Notional Amount thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date. Accrued Certificate Interest will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year, consisting of twelve 30-day months. In each case Accrued Certificate Interest on any Class or Subclass of Certificates will be reduced by the amount of:
Class CE Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class CE Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Available Interest With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the following amounts with respect to the prior Monthly Period:
Accrued Note Interest means, for a Class and a Payment Date, the sum of the Note Monthly Interest and the Note Interest Shortfall.
Base Interest means the interest that would otherwise accrue on the Securities under the terms thereof and the Indenture, without giving effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
Accrued Class A Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
Advance Interest means the interest accrued on any Servicing Advance which is payable to the party that made that Servicing Advance, in accordance with the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Lower Tier Interest As described in the Preliminary Statement.
Class IO Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee, evidencing a REMIC Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Current Interest With respect to each Class of Certificates and any Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of interest accrued at the applicable Certificate Interest Rate during the related Accrual Period on the Class Principal Amount or Class Notional Amount, as applicable, of such Class prior to any distributions of principal, allocations of Realized Losses or allocations of Certificate Writedown Amounts prior to such Distribution Date.
Class B Interest Each of the Class B-1 and Class B-2 Interests.
Accrued Class B Note Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the sum of the Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest for such Payment Date and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Carryover Shortfall for such Payment Date.
Class A Interest Each of the Class A-1 and Class A-2 Interests.
Default Rate Interest is defined in Section 3.1(b)(ix) of this Agreement.
Receivable Interest means, at any date of determination, an undivided percentage ownership interest in (a) all then outstanding Pool Receivables arising prior to the time of the most recent computation or recomputation of such undivided percentage interest pursuant to Section 1.03, (b) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables and (c) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, such Pool Receivables and Related Security.
