Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount: With respect to any Distribution Date for each Class of Offered Certificates, the amount of interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the applicable Pass-Through Rate on the related Class Certificate Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date, as reduced by such Class's share of Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls and Relief Act Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date allocated to such Class pursuant to Section 4.02.
Second, pro rata, as a reduction of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount for the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates, based on the amount of interest to which such Classes would otherwise be entitled.
On any Distribution Date, any Relief Act Interest Shortfalls and Net Prepayment Interest Shortfalls for such Distribution Date shall be allocated pro rata, as a reduction of the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount for the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates, based on the Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount to which such Classes would otherwise be entitled on such Distribution Date.
If on any Distribution Date, as a result of the foregoing allocation rules, any Class of Class A Certificates does not receive the related Accrued Certificate Interest Distribution Amount or the related Unpaid Interest Amount, if any, then that unpaid amount will be recoverable by the holders of those Classes, with interest thereon, on future Distribution Dates, as an Unpaid Interest Amount, subject to the priorities described above.
