DQ List has the meaning specified in Section 10.06(g).
Affiliate Lender shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.21(a).
Affiliate Program The program we've set up for our affiliates as described in this Agreement.
Affiliate Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21.
Delegate List/Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating the names of designated Attendees who have made reservations under the Program’s room block.

Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:
Active list means a list of active electors maintained pursuant to 13-2-220.
approved person means, in respect of a member (Member) of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), an individual who is a partner, director, officer, employee or agent of a Member who is approved by IIROC or another Canadian SRO to perform any function required under any IIROC or other Canadian SRO by-law, rule, or policy;
Schedule F means internal revenue service schedule F (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.
Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs. (See definition of "notice list" in this Section.) (See also 35 Ill. Adm. Code 102.422.)
Excluded Persons means (A) the Company or any Regency Entity; (B) a trustee or other fiduciary holding securities under an employee benefit plan of the Company or any Regency Entity; (C) an underwriter temporarily holding securities pursuant to an offering of such securities; or (D) a corporation owned, directly or indirectly, by the shareholders of the Company in substantially the same proportions as their ownership of stock in the Company.
Affiliate Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 4.12(a)(vi).
Excluded Entities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b)(iv).
Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
Affiliate Transactions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.11 (“Transactions with Affiliates”).
affiliated person promoter" and "principal underwriter" as used in the preceding sentence shall have the meanings assigned to each such term in the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended.
Gestational carrier means an adult woman who enters into an agreement to have an embryo implanted in her and bear the resulting child for intended parents, where the embryo is conceived by using the egg and sperm of the intended parents.
Affiliated Persons or "AFFILIATES" means
Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
Borrower Party Affiliate With respect to a borrower, a mortgagor, a manager of a Mortgaged Property or a restricted mezzanine holder, (a) any other person controlling or controlled by or under common control with such borrower, mortgagor, manager or restricted mezzanine holder, as applicable, (b) any other person owning, directly or indirectly, 25% or more of the beneficial interests in such borrower, mortgagor or manager, as applicable, or (c) any other person owning, directly or indirectly 25% or more of the beneficial interests in such restricted mezzanine holder. For the purposes of this definition, “control” when used with respect to any specified person means the power to direct the management and policies of such person, directly or indirectly, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise and the terms “controlling” and “controlled” have meanings correlative to the foregoing.
Affiliate of a declarant means any person who controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a declarant. A person controls a declarant if the person: is a general partner, officer, director, or employee of the declarant; directly or indirectly, or acting in concert with one or more other persons or through one or more subsidiaries, owns, controls, holds with power to vote, or holds proxies representing more than twenty percent of the voting interests of the declarant; controls in any manner the election of a majority of the directors of the declarant, or has contributed more than twenty percent of the capital of the declarant. A person is controlled by a declarant if the declarant: is a general partner, officer, director, or employee of the person, directly or indirectly, or acting in concert with one or more other persons or through one or more subsidiaries, owns, controls, holds with power to vote, or holds proxies representing more than twenty percent of the voting interests of the person; controls in any manner the election of a majority of the directors of the person; or has contributed more than twenty percent of the capital of the person. Control does not exist if the powers described in this subsection (1) are held solely as security for an obligation and are not exercised.
Approved List means Securities followed by the Global Fundamental Research Group and tracked on the Approved List. Securities may be added, removed, or undergo periodic ratings changes.
Directory Assistance Lists shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.6.1.1.
Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.
