Affiliate Program definition

Affiliate Program. The program we've set up for our affiliates as described in this Agreement.

Affiliate Program means the training program that provides an approved child care pediatric first aid, CPR, or preventive health and safety training because of its association with a training program approved by the EMS Authority.

Affiliate Program means collaboration between the Company and the Affiliate whereby the Affiliate promotes the Operator Websites and creates Affiliate Links from the Affiliate Website(s) to Operator Websites. For such services the Affiliate is paid a commission depending on the generated traffic to the Operator Websites, subject to terms within this Affiliate Agreement and to the applicable product-specific Commission Structure.

• We, Wildlife Analytical Laboratories at XxxxXxx.xxx will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising with connection with this agreement of the Affiliate or Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• The merchant has the right to discontinue the Affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program and withhold any moneys payable should Affiliate fail to provide this information upon request.

• Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under this agreement.

• You are only allowed to employ Affiliate Links supplied by the Company within the parameters of the Affiliate Program.

• Throughout the duration of the Affiliate Agreement, you may periodically access confidential information pertaining to our business, operations, underlying technology, and/or the Affiliate Program (including, but not limited to, the commissions you earn under the Affiliate Program).

More Definitions of Affiliate Program

Affiliate Program means the Affiliate offering QT makes available to you as set out in this Affiliate Agreement;

Affiliate Program means any arrangement under which any Defendant pays, or offers to pay, or provides, or offers to provide, any form of consideration to any third party, either directly or through an Affiliate Network (a) to provide any Defendant with, or refer to any Defendant, potential or actual customers; or (b) otherwise to market, advertise, or offer for sale any product, service, or program on behalf of any Defendant.

Affiliate Program or “Impressario Partners” refers to the collaboration between Impressario Casino and the Affiliate, wherein the Affiliate promotes Impressario Casino’s website(s) and establishes Affiliate Links from their affiliate website(s) to the Impressario Casino’s website(s). In recognition of these services, the Affiliate receives a commission based on the traffic generated to Impressario Casino’s website(s), in accordance with the terms outlined in this Affiliate Agreement and the relevant commission structure for specific products.
