Affiliate Wallet means an online wallet in the name of the Affiliate into which Company pays the commission and any other payments due to the Affiliate, which the Affiliate can withdraw in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement;
Affiliate Wallet denotes an online wallet registered in the Affiliate’s name, where Impressario Casino disburses the commission and any other payments owed to the Affiliate. The Affiliate can withdraw funds from the wallet in accordance with the terms specified in the Affiliate Agreement.
Affiliate Wallet means an online wallet in the name of the Affiliate into which Rigged.com pays the fee and all other fees owed to the Affiliate and which the Affiliate can withhold in compliance with the Affiliate Agreement;
Examples of Affiliate Wallet in a sentence
In case of termination of an Affiliate Agreement, any left amount even smaller than a minimum amount may be withdrawn from the Affiliate Wallet.
We take hold of the right to withhold all money held in the Affiliate Wallet after it has not been withdrawn within a period of three (3) months as from the termination date of the Affiliate Agreement in accordance with clause 9.1. These rights and remedies that are detailed above shall not be mutually exclusive.
