Affiliated Service. Group," for purposes of this section, is defined in section 414(m) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). "Controlled Group," for purposes of this section, means a group of trades or businesses (whether or not incorporated) under common control, as defined in the regulations issued pursuant to section 414(b) or (c) of the Code, or other such regulations prescribed by the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation pursuant to section 4001 of ERISA, of which the Company is a part.

  • related service , means the services incidental to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation, insurance, installation, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Affiliated Employer means any corporation which is a member of a controlled group of corporations (as defined in Code Section 414(b)) which includes the Employer; any trade or business (whether or not incorporated) which is under common control (as defined in Code Section 414(c)) with the Employer; any organization (whether or not incorporated) which is a member of an affiliated service group (as defined in Code Section 414(m)) which includes the Employer; and any other entity required to be aggregated with the Employer pursuant to Regulations under Code Section 414(o).
