Affimed Patents definition

Affimed Patents has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(a).
Affimed Patents means any patent right owned or controlled by Affimed or any of its Affiliates existing as of the Effective Date and having patent claims covering the Compound and/or the Product.

  • The Receiving Party may disclose the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information to the extent such disclosure is required for the Receiving Party’s Prosecution and Maintenance of Affimed Patents or Joint Patents (in the case the Receiving Party is Affimed), or Artiva Product Patents (in the case the Receiving Party is Artiva), in each case, as contemplated by this Agreement and in accordance with Section 10.2.

  • Licensed Patents means (a) all United States patents and patent applications listed in Exhibit A, as modified pursuant to Section 2.6.1, including patents arising from such patent applications; and (b) any re-examination certificates thereof, and their foreign counterparts and extensions, continuations, divisionals, and re-issue applications; provided that “Licensed Patents” will not include any claim of a patent or patent application covering any Manufacturing Technology.

  • Patent Rights means the rights and interests in and to issued patents and pending patent applications (which, for purposes of this Agreement, include certificates of invention, applications for certificates of invention and priority rights) in any country or region, including all provisional applications, substitutions, continuations, continuations-in-part, divisions, renewals, all letters patent granted thereon, and all reissues, re-examinations and extensions thereof, and all foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing.

  • Joint Patents means all Patents claiming Joint Inventions.

  • Program Patent Rights means any Patent Rights that are Controlled by one or both parties and that Cover any Program Technology or Program Materials. For clarification, such Program Patent Rights include the entire scope of all of the claims contained in such Patent Rights.

  • Product Patents means any and all United States patents and patent applications, all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, re-issues, extensions or foreign counterparts thereof, now or hereafter owned or controlled ("controlled" being used in the sense of having the right to grant licenses thereunder) by PERIMMUNE, covering the manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale and/or importation of the Product, including but not limited to, the U.S. Patent No. 5,407,912 attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Patent means (a) all patents and patent applications in any country or supranational jurisdiction in the Territory, (b) any substitutions, divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, provisional applications, reissues, renewals, registrations, confirmations, re-examinations, extensions, supplementary protection certificates and the like of any such patents or patent applications, and (c) foreign counterparts of any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed IP means the Intellectual Property owned by any person other than the Corporation and to which the Corporation has a license which has not expired or been terminated;

  • Patents means all patents, patent applications and like protections including without limitation improvements, divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues, extensions and continuations-in-part of the same.
