AgCo Common Stock definition

AgCo Common Stock shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01 of the Separation Agreement.
AgCo Common Stock shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • Fractional shares of MatCo Common Stock or AgCo Common Stock will not be distributed in the Distributions nor credited to book-entry accounts.
