Age Group Club definition

Age Group Club means a club registered with Swimming Canada and the Provincial Section for the purpose of competition (depending on the province, this may include both age group and masters competitions);
Age Group Club means a club registered with SNC and the Provincial Section for the purpose of competition
Age Group Club means a club registered with Swim Ontario for the purpose of Competition. An Age Group club may offer masters programming through a Masters Designated Club.

Examples of Age Group Club in a sentence

  • A swimmer registered with an Age Group Club, in the Competitive Open type prior to registering with a University, can subsequently be moved to the Competitive Varsity-Open type and a new invoice created.

  • For competitions that have a start date between May 1 and August 31, the swimmer can only represent their Age Group Club.

  • A Swimmer registering in the Varsity Year-Round registration type will be required to transfer from their previous Age Group Club.

  • After April 30, swimmers who were registered only with a Varsity Team (U SPORTS or RSEQ), in the Varsity registration type who wish to continue to train and compete must be registered with an Age Group Club in the Competitive-Open type.

  • Varsity swimmers who are registered concurrently with both a Canadian Varsity Team and their Age Group Club may compete only for either their Varsity team or their Age Group Club at competitions that have a competition start date between September 1 and April 30.

  • Swimmers attending an educational institution outside of Canada wishing to compete for their Canadian Age Group Club must be registered directly with the Club in the Competitive- Open type.

  • The Referee shall verify that the Player’s pass indicates the correct Age Group, Club and Team name.

  • Swimmers moving from an Age Group Club to a Varsity or Masters Clubs and between Varsity or Masters Clubs are not considered transfers.

  • A swimmer attending an educational institution outside of Canada and who wishes to also register with a Canadian Age Group Club, must do so in the Competitive Open type.

Related to Age Group Club

  • Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Women Business Enterprise (WBE) as used in this policy means a business enterprise that meets all of the following criteria:

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MBE means an individual, partnership, corporation or joint venture of any kind that is owned and controlled by U. S. Citizens and residents of Ohio, who are and have held themselves out as members of the following socially and economically disadvantaged groups: Blacks, American Indians, Hispanics and Asians. Only businesses certified by the State of Ohio Equal Opportunity Division in accordance with Section 123.151 of the Ohio Revised Code shall be recognized as being MBE certified within the purpose of this invitation.

  • Group Business Entity means;

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) means a firm certified as such by the Department in accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.

  • Co-pilot means a pilot operating other than as pilot-in-command, on an aircraft for which more than one pilot is required, but excluding a pilot who is on board the aircraft for the sole purpose of receiving flight instruction for a licence or rating.

  • Women Owned Business Enterprise or "WBE" means a firm awarded certification as a women owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a women owned business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Affiliated Club means a football club affiliated with the League whose application for Membership has been approved in accordance with the Statement of Rules.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Intercollegiate sport means a sport played at the collegiate level for which eligibility requirements for participation by a student athlete are established by a national association for the promotion or regulation of collegiate athletics.

  • Dte. GHS means Directorate General and Health Services, MOH&FW.

  • Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprise means a business enterprise, including a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation that is:

  • Minority Owned Business Enterprise or "MBE" means a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • Minority Group means any of the following racial or ethnic groups:

  • Load Serving Entity or “LSE” shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:

  • minority business enterprise means any small contractor or supplier of materials fifty-one percent or more of the capital stock, if any, or assets of which is owned by a person or persons: (1) who are active in the daily affairs of the enterprise, (2) who have the power to direct the management and policies of the enterprise, and (3) who are members of a minority, as such term is defined in subsection (a) of Connecticut General Statutes § 32-9n; and

  • Group B means educational improvements for pupils in

  • Graduate medical education and disproportionate share fund or “GME/DSH fund” means a reimbursement fund developed as an adjunct reimbursement methodology to directly reimburse qualifying hospitals for the direct and indirect costs associated with the operation of graduate medical education programs and the costs associated with the treatment of a disproportionate share of poor, indigent, nonreimbursed or nominally reimbursed patients for inpatient services.
