Group Companies definition

Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • FareHarbor or any of its Group Companies may be required by applicable laws to collect and/or report information related to Taxes.

More Definitions of Group Companies

Group Companies means the Company and each of the Subsidiaries, and “Group Company” means any one of them;

Group Companies means the Company, UcarEase BVI, Uxin Used Car Cayman, Perfect Harmony, the HK CompanyUxin HK, GloryFin HK, UcarShow HK, Fairlubo, Fairlubo HK, UcarBuy BVI, UcarBuy HK, Lubao WFOE, Fengshun Lubao, Shanghai Lubao, Tianjin Lubao, Kaifeng Financing Lease, the JV, the PRC Domestic Company, the PRC Subsidiaries, Youxin Pengda, Youhan Shanghai, Youxin Auction, Youxin Automobile, Yougu Shanghai, Youxuan Beijing, Youzhen Beijing, Youfang Beijing, Youxin Shuxiang, Youxin Shanghai, Youxin Yishouche, Banmaxiu Beijing and all other direct or indirect, current or future Subsidiaries and branches of the foregoing, and a “Group Company” means any of the Group Companies.
Group Companies means any Holding Company, Subsidiary or Associate of EDF Energy Customers Ltd (the terms “Holding Company” and “Subsidiary” have the meaning defined in Section 1159 of the Companies Act 2006 and “Associate” has the meaning defined in Section 416 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988);
