Age-Restricted definition

Age-Restricted means the type of residential dwelling constituting “housing for older persons” as described in § 1-20-7(F) of the APFO.
Age-Restricted means a community or subdivision providing housing for persons who are fifty-five (55) years of age or older, and that has satisfied the requirements of Section 1302.1.D. of the Land Development Code.
Age-Restricted. Means “Senior Housing”. • Agreed-Upon Damages: See Agreement, Section 21.3.1.

  • Seller acknowledges and agrees that Purchaser, the Company and their Affiliates will continue to engage in Transaction Services to third parties providing Age-Restricted Services following the Closing throughout the world.

  • A minimum of 50% of the Project’s residential dwelling units shall be Age-Restricted dwelling units.

  • Community Owner leases to Resident, and Resident accepts from Community Owner, for the term and subject to the provisions and conditions of this lease that certain parcel of land known as Homesite # _ of the FAIRWAYS AT ▇▇▇▇ LANDING Age-Restricted Community (the "Community"), together with all of the appurtenances and improvements to the Homesite (the "Homesite").

  • The Multi-family Residential, Age-Restricted District occupies approximately 25 acres and shall generally provide for-rent residential housing opportunities for senior residents within the MPUD and surrounding area.

  • Age-restricted unit means a housing unit designed to meet the needs of, and exclusively for, the residents of an age-restricted segment of the population such that: 1) all the residents of the development wherein the unit is situated are 62 years of age or older; or 2) at least 80 percent of the units are occupied by one person who is 55 years of age or older; or 3) the development has been designated by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as “housing for older persons” as defined in Section 807(b)(2) of the Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. § 3607.

  • Restricted means the outcome of an adverse action that limits a license or the privilege to practice.

  • Transfer-Restricted Security means any Security that constitutes a “restricted security” (as defined in Rule 144); provided, however, that such Security will cease to be a Transfer-Restricted Security upon the earliest to occur of the following events:

  • Transfer Restricted Definitive Notes means Definitive Notes that bear or are required to bear or are subject to the Restricted Notes Legend.

  • Transfer Restricted Note means any Note that bears or is required to bear the Restricted Notes Legend.
