Agency Arrangement definition

Agency Arrangement means any scheme or arrangement promoted by Homes England from time to time in order to facilitate the process surrounding applications for Shared Ownership Dwellings including any existing arrangements with Help to Buy Agents; Homes England's Representative means such person or persons as Homes England may nominate to act as its representative from time to time for the purposes of this Agreement;

Agency Arrangement means the arrangement between the Nominated Agent and the Member Principal whereby the Nominated Agent is appointed by the Member Principal to submit Transaction Records under the Agency Reporting Service on behalf of and as agent of the Member Principal;
