Agency Generated Data definition

Agency Generated Data means the messages, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, sounds, music, videos, information, content, ratings, reviews, data, questions, suggestions, other information or materials posted, uploaded, displayed, published, distributed, transmitted, broadcasted, or otherwise made available on or submitted through the Wing Suite.

Examples of Agency Generated Data in a sentence

  • Flock shall have the right to collect, analyze, and anonymize Agency Data and Agency Generated Data to create Aggregated Data to use and perform the Services and related systems and technologies, including the training of machine learning algorithms.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • User Generated Content means content in any format, including graphics, text, or voice content, which originates from end users or Customers and is published through or as part of the App.
