Wing Suite definition

Wing Suite means the Flock interface which provides real-time access to the Flock Services, location of Flock Hardware, Agency Hardware, third-party cameras, live-stream video, Wing Livestream, Wing LPR, Wing Replay, alerts and other integrations.

Examples of Wing Suite in a sentence

  • Flock may provide Agency with the opportunity to post, upload, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise make available on or submit through the Wing Suite, messages, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, sounds, music, videos, information, content, ratings, reviews, data, questions, suggestions, or other information or materials produced by Agency.

  • Parties understand that Xxxxx does not own any right, title, or interest to third-party video integrated into the Wing Suite.

  • Subject to all terms of this Agreement, Flock grants Agency a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable (except to the Authorized End Users), revocable right to use the Wing Suite software and interface.

  • Wing Suite products and Advanced Search are not subject to refund for early termination.

  • For Order Forms listing Wing Suite, Advanced Search and other software-only products, Agency will pay Flock the fees for the Initial Term (as described on the Order Form attached hereto) on or before the 30th day from the date of invoice.

  • For Wing Suite products, the Agency will pay Flock the first Usage Fee and the Implementation Fee (as described on the Order Form attached hereto) as set forth on the Order Form on or before the 30th day following the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Parties understand that Flock does not own any right, title, or interest to third-party video integrated into the Wing Suite.

  • Wing Suite products are not subject to refund for early termination.

  • This should lead to the government preparing a prioritised list of proposals for consideration by the donor community, which would be discussed at a second meeting at a later stage, with the objective of endorsing a multi-year programme of trade-related technical assistance.

  • Any request for repairs and/or maintenance for any University property, except computer equipment and peripherals, should be made through the Budget Office (SBI South Wing Suite 104).

  • garden suite means a one-unit detached, temporary residential structure containing bathroom and kitchen facilities that is ancillary to an existing residential structure and that is designed to be portable;

  • Rate Center means the specific geographic point that has been designated by a given LEC as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code that has been assigned to the LEC for its provision of Telephone Exchange Service. The Rate Center is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate, which is used by that LEC to measure, for billing purposes, distance sensitive transmission services associated with the specific Rate Center.
