Wing Suite definition

Wing Suite means the Flock interface which provides real-time access to the Flock Services, location of Flock Hardware, Agency Hardware, third-party cameras, live-stream video, Wing Livestream, Wing LPR, Wing Replay, alerts and other integrations.

Examples of Wing Suite in a sentence

  • Subject to all terms of this Agreement, Flock grants Agency a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable (except to the Authorized End Users), revocable right to use the Wing Suite software and interface.

  • Parties understand that Xxxxx does not own any right, title, or interest to third-party video integrated into the Wing Suite.

  • For Wing Suite products, the Agency will pay Flock the first Usage Fee and the Implementation Fee (as described on the Order Form attached hereto) as set forth on the Order Form on or before the 30th day following the Effective Date of this Agreement.

  • Flock may provide Agency with the opportunity to post, upload, display, publish, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise make available on or submit through the Wing Suite, messages, text, illustrations, files, images, graphics, photos, comments, sounds, music, videos, information, content, ratings, reviews, data, questions, suggestions, or other information or materials produced by Agency.

  • Wing Suite products are not subject to refund for early termination.

Related to Wing Suite

  • Suite means an elevated box or suite which is customarily an enclosed private or collective compartment inside the Stadium, with direct access to guests’ Seats, which are separated from other Seats in the Stadium.

  • Centre means the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes Established by the ICSID Convention; and

  • Lake means a natural or man-made impoundment of water with more than one acre of water surface area at the high water level.

  • LLP means a limited liability partnership as defined under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008;

  • Rate Center means the specific geographic point that has been designated by a given LEC as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code that has been assigned to the LEC for its provision of Telephone Exchange Service. The Rate Center is the finite geographic point identified by a specific V&H coordinate, which is used by that LEC to measure, for billing purposes, distance sensitive transmission services associated with the specific Rate Center.
