Agent Software definition

Agent Software that allows a software program executing on a computer, terminal, workstation, or other electronic device (each of the foregoing a "Device") to make measurements regarding one or more applications executing on the device, or the device itself, and report these measurements to the Manager Software.
Agent Software means that Licensed Software identified as agent software on EVault’s price list. “Agreement” means the Order Form and these Product Terms.

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.
